Every Cool Signs customer is assigned a project manager / designer to lead you through the sign process. Your designer will be your primary point of contact from making educated suggestion on materials, sizes and layouts leading you all the way through installation. Need someone to visit you and evaluate your needs? No problem. In most cases we'll come to you at no charge for your initial consultation.
Cool Signs' design team consists of Crystal, Rebecca, Jami, Kareem and Jill. All have the talent and design experience to give you what you need. From logos to signs, ads to marketing campaigns, allow us to help you with your project.
Cool Signs has 2 wide-format printers running around the clock! A 30" Roland VersaCamm printer/ cutter (we've named her Beatrice) is our work-horse who's cranked out prints from Miller Lite to First Bank! Our largest printer is a 63" Roland VersaArt named Baxter. Baxter's high-quality prints and spot- on color do the majority of our wide-format printing for Innovative and The Ritz-Carlton.
The production team consists of Shahime and Omari. These guys slam out a lot of signs each and every day. From posters to car wraps, they do what it takes to get the job done.
The installation team is lead by Pete Farmer who has been installing signs in the Virgin Islands for over 10 years. Together with Dave these professionals know what's required for a successful sign installation in our harsh Caribbean conditions.
Who would've ever guessed that Cool Signs would be called on to design and build a giant 14' rum bottle? Today that rum bottle stands as a testament to tackling far-reaching projects. At the newly-re-opened Mountain Top a house-sized banana measuring over 26' suspends from the ceiling. Talk about unexpected!
On most projects this can be as little as 5 days. Have a sign emergency? Say the word and we'll rush it through. Recently 3 employees came in on a Sunday morning to do a rush job for Mr. Marriott, who was on island visiting The Ritz-Carlton. With 13 full-time employees, we'll find a way to meet your deadlines.
