• Artwork is billed on an hourly basis of $75/hr
  • The followingFile Types are accepted although vector art is always preferred:
    • .psd (photoshop)
    • .bmp
    • .eps
    • .ai (illustrator)
    • .pdf
    • .tif
    • .jpg
  • Artwork may be submitted digitally or sent via e-mail to: info@coolsignsvi.com
  • Please convert all fonts to outline (paths) or include the font file
  • For graphics that are to be output as digital prints, the resolution should be at least 300 dpi at actual size
  • **All customer-supplied artwork is subject to preparation charges. We will notify you of any such charges that may apply due to improperly prepared artwork prior to production
  • Digital artwork is required (see artwork policy)
  • 50% desposit is required on ALL orders
  • $100 Minimum charge per order
  • Production timesare approximately only and usually require a minimum of 3 days from final approval (additional or extended processes will increase production time)
  • We may rush an order for an additional charge, charge is usually $50/sign, although this may vary due to work load, complexity of order & estimated production time
  • Please identify repeat orders - we retain your files for 3 years!
